SEWAGE TREATMENT PLANT under construction using FAB reactor for a Shopping Mall at Patna.
The engineers/technicians of ISR successfully installed a modern Sewage Treatment Plant. The design was made considering less land requirement and less energy requirement.
The technology used is FAB reactor – Fluidised Aerobic Bio Reactor. The FAB media provides a very large surface area ( 450 M2 per M3 volume ) which
-- Increases the specific volumetric capacity of the activated sludge tanks
-- Controls biomass activity
-- Reduces operating cost
STP using FAB Reactor requires less space due to high surface area & loading rate of FAB media and is mostly advised where space & operating cost is less.
